As an RIBA Chartered Practice, we follow the recommended stages of work. We will provide you with a written fixed fee quotation and full breakdown of our services, outlining the process.

Our services are offered on a fixed price basis for the 3 main stages. Choose to engage us for a single stage of work, or for the entire process.:

• Stages 1- 3 Planning Application            
• Stage 4 Building Regulations           
• Stage 5 Construction Phase

Our Ethos

An initial free consultation provides an opportunity for us to meet you, visit the site and discuss your proposal.

Regardless of the size or timeframe of your project, you will want it to be completed as fast as possible with little to no complications. Our objective is to help you develop your brief and put forward some alternative design solutions that you may not have considered. We will look at your proposal and establish the design philosophy based on your priorities. Our experience of working in Oxford and surrounding area means we have a good understanding of what the planning office consider acceptable and what they like. We will advise you accordingly on whether a contemporary or traditional response is best suited to meet your requirements.
